Specialized Movement Class
These classes are designed to target specific areas of the body that can tight due to various injuries/postures/etc. We hope these classes assist you in gaining knowledge about various areas of the body in order to maximize your PT routine. Classes include: adductors, neck/shoulders, core stabilization, glute connection, respiratory diaphragm and more!
Align and Flow
This class is a great adjunct to your current physical therapy program and will provide you with ample stretches that you can do at home. We will learn how to load the weight of the body onto our biggest or primary muscles groups- our glutes, hamstrings and quads, so that our secondary muscles groups- shoulders, neck and pelvic floor, don’t have to overwork.
