Postpartum Care
Taking the time to focus on your body’s healing process after birth is essential, and pelvic floor recovery plays a pivotal role in this journey.
The postpartum period is about more than simply healing from childbirth. Whether you have had a vaginal delivery or C-section, your body has undergone significant changes and deserves thoughtful, specialized support as it readjusts.
At Wellest, our postpartum pelvic floor therapy is personalized to how your body feels and functions, helping you rebuild strength, comfort, and confidence as you adjust to life after birth.
The first year postpartum is beautiful — but it can also be overwhelming, exhausting, and full of new changes that leave you wondering, "Am I doing this right?"
The truth is, you are.
But that doesn't mean you should do it alone. We’re here to check in with you regularly, adjusting your care as your body heals and your life shifts.
We'll guide you gently in prioritizing your health, engaging in supportive exercises, and addressing hormonal shifts post-childbirth. Your body is resilient, and with the right care and attention, you’ll emerge stronger and more empowered.

Postpartum Support At Every Stage
Postpartum recovery does not follow a set timeline, and your needs change as your body heals and you adjust to life after birth. That’s why we offer personalized postpartum care that evolves with you, providing the right support when you need it most.

FROM OUR PATIENT MARY
"Melissa and the Wellest team were integral to my postpartum care..."
"After childbirth, it can feel like your OBGYN has moved on and there is very little follow up on your recovery. Knowledgeable, compassionate & warm, the Wellest team provided that much-needed care, which has set me up for the long-term. Since my time with them, I've had more babies and had the resources to recover from each birth smoothly. I can't recommend them enough!”
