Our Pregnancy & Birth Support Program
You deserve to feel supported, informed, and confident throughout pregnancy, with the knowledge and personalized guidance you need to prepare for birth and the changes that come with parenthood.
Whether you’re a first-time parent or have been through pregnancy before, our pelvic health specialists are here to support you throughout your journey. We take a personalized approach that adapts as your body and baby change, helping you prepare for birth, manage common pregnancy-related discomforts, and understand what to expect along the way. With regular support, practical guidance, and care tailored to your stage of pregnancy, you can feel more prepared and confident as you move toward birth and beyond.
Your baby moves into the space your pelvis provides–which means from early pregnancy to delivery day, your pelvic landscape is changing.
A lot.
We're here to help you navigate and adjust to every beautiful change and stage of pregnancy.
Together, we'll work on proper pushing for a vaginal delivery, perineal massage, best birth positions to help relax the pelvic floor muscles, and C-section basics so you can have a smoother delivery and postpartum recovery.

Your Care At Every Stage Of Pregnancy
Your body changes throughout pregnancy, and your care should change with it. Our pregnancy program provides personalized pelvic health support at every stage, with appointments designed around what you and your baby need at that point in your journey.

FROM OUR PATIENT MARY
"Before having my first child, I wanted to prepare in every way possible..."
"While getting the nursery ready, buying the essentials, and stocking the fridge were all important, I quickly realized that preparing my body physically was just as crucial. Melissa not only helped me prepare my body physically but also provided significant mental support.
