Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy
If you're here, it's likely because something doesn’t feel right (and maybe hasn’t for a while)...
Whether you're experiencing pelvic pain, bladder issues, bowel changes, or symptoms that are hard to name, we’re here to tell you: you're not alone, and what you're feeling is real.
At Wellest, we specialize in identifying and treating the root cause of pelvic floor dysfunction with a compassionate, evidence-based approach. Our team will listen closely, treat you as a whole person, and create a care plan that’s built around your body, your goals, and your unique path to healing.

Pelvic floor physical therapy is incredibly effective—when it’s done right. We offer expert, whole-person care that goes far beyond the basics with:
ONGOING CARE WITH ONE PROVIDER
A FULL HOUR WITH A PELVIC HEALTH SPECIALIST
A CUSTOMIZED, COMPASSIONATE PLAN TAILORED TO YOU
This isn’t about a few stretches and being told to “just do Kegels.” Even if you’ve been told “everything looks fine,” we know you're here because you don’t feel fine—and that matters. You deserve care from a team that actually listens and delivers results. We’re here to help you feel empowered, informed, and—most importantly—better.
If pain or dysfunction are affecting your quality of life, it's worth looking into with an expert who understands and listens.
We focus 100% on pelvic health. It’s all we do, which means we’ve seen and treated it all, including:
