1:1 Personalized Nutrition Counseling 

At Wellest, we do not believe in diets. We believe that eating real food is the key to success. With all the mixed messaging out there about what to eat and what not to eat, it can be confusing. Whether you are looking to lose weight, have more energy or just make a general healthy lifestyle overhaul, this is where we come in. When it comes to a healthier lifestyle and plan, everyone is different and we do not believe in a one size fits all approach. Not all foods work for everyone! We will create a completely unique and alternative approach to best suit your current lifestyle and needs. 

In an initial 45 minute consultation, we will go over everything from your current eating habits and lifestyle, medical history, and assess your baseline and long term goals to help create a completely customized plan for you.  The first session will provide you with guidance and a foundation to get you started.

Follow-up sessions are to help you stay on track and make the necessary adjustments to keep you going.  Through the process, we will find out what works for you. 


In-House Pantry Makeover, Grocery Shopping, and Travel Guidance

Your own kitchen is oftentimes one of your biggest roadblocks when it comes to a healthy lifestyle. With guidance and organization, we can help you with everything from tailored grocery lists, personal grocery shopping and assistance interpreting nutrition labels and ingredients and decluttering your entire kitchen and reorganizing to suit your specific needs.
